What is this tool?
The exercise calorie calculator estimates how many calories you burn based on the activity, your weight and the time spent. It uses each activity’s MET (metabolic equivalent) value with the formula “MET × 3.5 × weight(kg) ÷ 200 × minutes”, and also shows calories per minute and a rice-bowl equivalent. Nothing is stored — all the math runs in your browser.
