What is this tool?

The workout timer is a general-purpose interval timer for home training. Set the prep, work and rest times plus sets and rounds, and it shows big numbers with a per-phase colour (prep = yellow, work = green, rest = blue), beeps a 3-second countdown before every switch, plays a switch tone, and vibrates on supported phones — so you can follow along without watching the screen. Pick an ab-exercise preset (from reverse crunches up to hanging leg raises, sorted by difficulty) to auto-fill the recommended times and see form tips, and save your favourite settings as named routines. While running, the screen is kept awake (Wake Lock). Everything is stored in your browser only.
